Bottled
Water Coolers/Dispensers
Snow Valley
rents bottled water coolers. Either a one or two year agreement
provides worry free use of the cooler/dispenser. The rental price
is fixed for the initial term of the agreement. After the initial
term the cooler rents on a month to month basis. Snow Valley will
care for any repairs to the equipment.
Snow Valley
uses the finest bottled water coolers and equipment manufactured.
The bottled water coolers are made with the highest grade components
to ensure the purity of the spring water.
All Snow Valley
bottled water coolers are equipped with a “no-spill”
device that covers the water reservoir of the cooler. The no-spill
device allows the cap to stay on the bottle when it is inverted
and placed on the cooler. This system allows the bottle to be inverted
without water coming from the bottle. A probe within the no-spill
device penetrates the cap allowing the water to enter the reservoir.
This system further aids in maintaining the quality of the water
by precluding any foreign matter from finding its way into the water
reservoir. For anyone who may own their own cooler, the cap can
be removed and the bottle placed on an open reservoir.
All hot and
cold coolers are equipped with a child safety faucet on the hot
spigot. This faucet requires additional coordination to engage the
device to dispense the water.
All coolers
are equipped with a plastic outer cabinet. The color would be described
as white, off –white, or egg shell.

3
& 5 Gallon Bottles
Bottled Spring
Water is available in both 3 gallon and 5 gallon returnable bottles.
Distilled water
is also available in 5 gallon returnable bottles.
Environmentally
Friendly – The 3 & 5-gallon bottles are both returnable
and recyclable. The bottles are made of highly durable yet lightweight
polycarbonate resin. The bottle protects the superior quality and
taste of Snow Valley Water. The bottle is odor-free and tasteless
to the water. There is no beverage container that is better for
the environment. When the five gallon bottle has completed its useful
life it then has a significant demand in the secondary plastics
market. It is used in the manufacture of products such as headlights,
dashboards, toys and building materials.
There are 640
oz in 5-gallons. This translates into 64 – 10 oz cups or 80
– 8 oz cups. If you are using our 7 oz cups you can get approximately
90 cups per five gallon bottle.
Each filled
5 gallon bottle weighs approximately 45 lbs. The bottle is about
16” high and takes up 10” of floor space. One gallon
of water weighs 8.33 lbs.
Delivery of
five gallon bottles is the most convenient method of purchasing
bottled water for your business. Water is delivered to the business
on an automatic schedule and in the quantities needed. No need to
send someone out to carry back heavy and bulky bottles of water.
Cases of carry along bottles can also be delivered to the business
along with the five or three gallon bottles.

Single
Serve Cases
Single serve
bottles are available in cases of 12 – 1 liters, 24 –
½ liters, or 24 – 20 oz sport cap bottles. These cases
may be delivered along with the 5 or 3 gallon bottles and are great
for the conference room or sending along with employees in the field.

Coffee
Brewers – Single Cup
No matter what
brewer you use or what blend of coffee you prefer, water is always
the most important ingredient when it comes to making a great cup
of coffee. Always begin with high quality water. Snow Valley is
the best!
Single cup brewing
is a relatively recent innovation to brewing office coffee.
There are many
benefits to having a single cup pod brewing system in the office.
Pods offer a tremendous variety of specialty and gourmet coffees
to meet the diverse palates of the varied employees in an office
with absolutely no waste. A preferred coffee or blend is selected,
brewed in less than 30 seconds and then consumed. In contrast, with
a conventional brewing system a selection of coffee would be brewed,
one cup removed and the remainder of the coffee left on the warmer
plate for the next coffee drinker. The next drinker may prefer another
blend or may arrive after the brew has been on the warmer too long
and the oils have begun to break down making the coffee rancid tasting.
Another full pot of coffee would need to be brewed and all but the
first cup was wasted along with the time to wait on that new brew.
Snow Valley
offers two pod brewers. One is plumbed in to bottled or filtered
water or to the municipal water supply and is fully automated. One
is a pour over manual brewer. The automated brewer offers simplicity
of use at the touch of a button. One touch allows the pod to be
inserted and another touch starts the brew. In less than 30 seconds
the coffee is brewed, the pod disposed and the machine ready for
the next brew. The pour over brewer has a reservoir that holds enough
water for several brews. In this machine, the pod must be manually
inserted and removed. Apart from that it brews the same perfect
coffee one cup at a time.
The typical
office coffee service company will offer equipment on a “free
loaner program”. The customer receives use of a brewer with
the minimum purchase of a certain number of cases of coffee. Most
consumers realize that nothing is for free. The expense of the brewer
is built into the price of the coffee. We provide value to the customer
and differentiate ourselves from the competition by being up front
with the rent and offering lower price on the coffee with discounting
available for larger users.
Aquabrew is
the first company to produce a fully automated pod brewer. This
system of brewing is still relatively new with standards for brewing
equipment and sizes of pods not yet established. For this reason,
only the pods provided by Snow Valley specifically for this machine
will function in this machine. This insures a trouble free brewing
system while enjoying a variety of coffees and other benefits of
single cup brewing.
Our pour over
manual brewer is manufactured by Krups. This machine is built to
handle pods perfectly as does the Aquabrew machine.
Some benefits
of single cup pod brewing –
The Aquabrew
pod brewing system offers a cost per cup of brewed coffee for about
30% less cost than other single cup brewing systems in the market.
Single cups
provide high quality coffee with less waste
Single cups
are especially convenient to businesses that provide refreshment
to their customers. Waiting rooms are a great place to put single
cup brewers. The equipment is easily self used and leaves no mess
to clean up. The only maintenance is an occasional emptying of the
spent pods and a restock of supplies.
Conventional
coffee brewing leaves unused coffee in a carafe on heat to deteriorate
in quality.
Single cups
provide greater satisfaction to the users by offering a variety
of coffees and flavor a cup at a time. For example, this allows
the first user to brew and drink a decaf coffee followed by someone
who prefers an Italian espresso.
The multiple
options of gourmet coffee may keep employees from leaving the office
to find a great cup of coffee; this means more productivity.
Gourmet teas
are also available to brew in the same machine.

Coffee
Brewers – Fractional Packs
No matter what
brewer you use or what blend of coffee you prefer, water is always
the most important ingredient when it comes to making a great cup
of coffee. Always begin with high quality water. Snow Valley is
the best!
Snow Valley
carries only quality commercial brewers.
There are several
different commercial brewer models to meet the specific needs of
the office. An automatic pod brewer may be best for the lunchroom
while a thermal brewer could brew and supply coffee for a conference
room
Snow Valley
uses Bunn brewing equipment for the pour over and automated bowl
style brewers and for our thermal brewers. Bunn has long been a
leader and innovator in the coffee service industry introducing
the first paper coffee filter in 1957 and the first pour over coffee
brewer in 1963. Bunn has set the standard that all others have followed.
Their brewers are used extensively in the coffee and food service
industries. The brewers are made of stainless steel and are NSF
certified.
Bunn brewers
brew coffee at the prescribed temperature of 185-195 degrees. Hot
water is held in the hot tank and displaced when cold water is poured
in. The cold water goes to the bottom and immediately starts to
get heated while the hot water is used immediately in the brew cycle.
We also use
Newco brewers. This brewer is unique in that it uses a five or three
gallon bottle of water on the machine as its water supply. The machine
functions on all the same principals as a Bunn automatic. For those
customers who want the ease of adding the best water ingredient
in the most convenient way, this brewer is the answer. It comes
in one style and uses bowls to store its brewed coffee.
Commercial brewers
brew coffee faster than “Mr. Coffee” type brewers. Brew
time for a Bunn brewer is approximately 3 - 4 minutes while a “Mr.
Coffee” type brewer may require 7-10 minutes to brew
It’s best
to use a commercial type brewer in the office setting. Most home
style coffee brewers are designed for light home use and could easily
stop working after heavier office use.

Coffees
Finding a great
coffee is like finding a great wine. The best coffee for you is
the coffee you like!
Snow Valley
offers choices in order to satisfy both your palate and your budget.
Single cup brewing
offers the most variety from a single machine.
Pods are available
in a Breakfast Blend, 100% Colombian and Colombian Decaf, Costa
Rican, Espresso Italiano, French Roast, House Blend, Kenya, Kona
Blend, Sumatra, Vienna Roast, and flavored coffee in Vanilla regular
and decaf and Hazelnut Crème regular and decaf.
Snow Valley
carries a broad selection of coffees to satisfy the varying tastes
of our customers. Available are both high quality private label
coffees as well as national brands.
Each case is
clearly marked with the number of bags and the number of ounces
in each bag. Filters are included for the machines we provide.
Unlike canned
or bagged coffees, Snow Valley uses nitrogen flushed foil fractional
packs to assure coffee stays fresher longer. Nitrogen displaces
oxygen in the pack along with its staling properties.
Each bag makes
one pot of coffee so there is never any measuring. Each bag is easy
to open and pour.
Snow Valley
uses 100% coffee. It contains no fillers and no colorings. It is
sampled at the country of origin, at the port at which it arrives,
and in the warehouse before it is roasted to assure its quality
throughout the roasting process.
Fractional packs
produce consistent tasting coffee. If a customer uses cans, no two
people measure the same, and therefore, making a consistent tasting
pot of coffee is unlikely.
Snow
Valley Private Label Coffees
Our private
label coffees are of extremely high quality and produced by a roaster
of highest quality and reputation. Private label coffees offer the
customer a specialty grade coffee at a reasonable price. Our quality
roaster assures a consistent flavor profile in each case.
Our private
label coffee is not available in supermarkets. The coffee is blended
and roasted especially for Snow Valley.
The typical
American coffee is a blend. It consists of mostly Arabica beans,
probably from Brazil, Colombia or Central America. Coffee companies
blend the beans in a way to consistently maintain a brand’s
familiar flavor, despite changes in crop conditions and commodity
prices.
Snow
Valley Signature Blend – A fine blend of 2/3 mild high
grown Arabica coffees from Honduras, Mexico, Guatemala and Costa
Rica with 1/3 Mexican prime washed Robusta coffees
Snow
Valley Signature Blend Decaffeinated – A fine blend of

coffee. Full body with a balanced acidity
Snow
